Estonian Design at "Hooked on Estonia" Festival in Stockholm
The Estonian Association of Designers and Disainiöö / Tallinn Design Festival will take part in the Hooked on Estonia festival, taking place in Stockholm on 23 May. The festival introduces Estonian culture, design, music, food and creative industries to Swedish audiences.
The festival will be held at Rosendals Trädgård and is organised for the second year in a row by Enterprise Estonia and Visit Estonia. Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy a diverse programme featuring Estonian design showcases, music performances, food experiences, the Iglucraft sauna area and creative industry meetings.
The Estonian Association of Designers will present several design-focused activities at the festival. The programme includes the UPMADE IN ESTONIA Showcase, bringing together a curated selection of contemporary Estonian design and designer-maker brands, as well as the Estonian Design House pop-up shop, where visitors can discover and purchase Estonian design. Music Estonia and the Estonian Association of Designers will then introduce Estonia’s music and design sectors, followed by an opportunity for participants to meet Estonian entrepreneurs and creatives.
In Stockholm, the Estonian Association of Designers will also introduce the programme of the 21st Disainiöö / Tallinn Design Festival and its 2026 theme “Future of Product Design” / “Tootedisaini tulevik”.
